Refund policy

Because our products are everyday consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent sheets, and olive oil), we are unable to accept physical returns for reasons of hygiene and safety.

We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@domusco.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will make it right with a refund or replacement.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

For subscription orders, you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date. Charges already processed for shipped orders follow the refund terms above.
